Yes. To ensure the safety and quality of the experience, the number of participants is limited. We therefore advise you to register as early as possible.
To ensure that the finish is a shared celebration, all participants will cross the finish line simultaneously at 18:00. The start times are therefore staggered as follows:
Endurance 8h: Start at 10:00
Endurance 4h: Start at 14:00
Sprint 2h: Departure at 16:00
A precise timing system is put in place:
Electronic chip:
In solo: the chip is fixed to the bike
In a team: the chip is placed in a relay container
Live display: rankings visible on screens in the race village
Rankings by categories (Solo, Duo, Team)
Last round taken into account: only rounds completed before the end of the 8 hours count
Final results published online after the race and sent by email
The tracking and rankings will also be available through the official app.
Each category has its own ranking with magnificent trophies at stake.
Other special awards will also be presented, including:
Fastest Lap (Best Lap) – Male & Female
Title of Local Legend
... and other surprises!
NEW: This year there are two new concepts 💥
- Challenge - 4 hours
- Sprint - 2 hours
Here, participants registered for the Sprint (2 hours) are ranked separately, just like the participants in the Challenge (4 hours).
The relay zones are clearly marked and secured
Race officials monitor the proper conduct of the changes
The canister containing the chip must be transmitted in the red zone
The two bicycles must be completely stationary during the relay
Each bike must be equipped with at least one bottle holder, ideally two
In case of non-compliance with the rules, time penalties may be applied.
Yes, a "mechanic" stand will be present at the race village, ready to solve all your racing-related issues. In case of a problem on the circuit:
You must return by your own means or contact a member of your team
No direct intervention by the organisation on the track is planned
Yes, a complete refreshment (drinks and food) will be available on the circuit to recharge your batteries during the effort
For your convenience, drinking water taps are available in each paddock. You will be able to easily refill your bottles between stints or before your start.
While we make every effort to provide high-quality support, we strongly recommend that you plan for a minimum level of food self-sufficiency, especially for solo participants.
Safety is a top priority:
Professional medical team on site
Central emergency station + mobile teams
Mandatory briefing before departure
Secure change zones
Emergency response vehicle on permanent standby
Lighting recommendations if conditions require

No, it is not mandatory. You can book your team (Duo or Team of 4) now to secure your spot and complete or modify the list of participants later.
How to add or modify participants later?
Once your team is booked, you will be able to provide us with the names and personal information of your teammates afterwards.
The procedure: For any name change or addition of personal information, you must contact us directly. Our team will update your registration file to ensure everything is ready on the day (insurance, chips, race numbers).
The refund of the registration fee up to 80% is only possible if you opted for cancellation insurance at the time of your order. If you did not take this option, no refund can be made by the organisation.
No cancellations? Two options are available to you:
1. Official Resale: If the event is marked as "Sold Out" in your category, an official resale platform will be activated via Miles Republic. This is the most secure method.
2. Private Resale: You may resell your ticket on your own. Once you have found a buyer, simply log into your Miles Republic account to update the participant information (last name, first name, club, etc.) to ensure the bib is correctly registered in the new runner's name.
