The race number must be fixed vertically on your seat post to allow the officials to identify you. Without a visible and correctly positioned race number, you will be asked to leave the track to rectify this.
The race chip is integrated into the relay bottle, not in the race number. See the question on the relay handover for details.
Collection is at the Info Point in the paddocks, at two time slots :
Friday 24 July from 17:00 to 21:00 (8 H & 2H/4H)
Saturday 25 July from 08:00 to 09:30 (8H)
Saturday 25 July from 08:00 to 15:30 (2H/4H)
We advise you to collect your race number on Friday evening to arrive relaxed on the day.

In your Race Pack there will be:
YOUR RACE CHIP
SOLO → Place it on the right fork
TEAM → Place it on a bottle on your bike (without water)
YOUR BIB NUMBER
Attach it to the seat tube (mandatory) with the zip tie inside
3. YOUR ENTRY BRACELET
You must have it to enter the pit lane and your boxes (all visitors must leave the boxes before 10:00)
Le relais s'effectue via un official bottle containing the race chip. This bottle is passed from hand to hand at each change of runner, it is the one that validates the time.

6:00 PM sharp: end of the race!
The team or the driver who has completed the most laps in their category wins the event. In the case of a tie in the number of laps, the ranking is determined by the order of crossing the line during the last completed lap.
At 6:00 PM, when the red lights come on, all drivers still on track finish their lap calmly, then return to their pit box using the pit lane, in the direction of the circuit. It is forbidden to cross the finish line again after returning to the pits.
The timing chip must be returned at that time.
Yes! The day before the big departure, on the Friday 24 July from 5:00pm to 9:00pm, the circuit welcomes you for a welcome party. On the agenda: DJ set and early number collection to arrive with a light mind the next day.

A legendary circuit
Nestled in the heart of the Belgian valleys, the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps is world-renowned for being one of the most beautiful and technical tracks on the planet.
Nicknamed the "Ardennes rollercoaster" for its spectacular elevation changes, it has forged its legend thanks to the famous sequence of Eau Rouge and Raidillon.
Usually reserved for F1 single-seaters, this asphalt monument is exceptionally open to you for an extraordinary cycling challenge.
